Each residence is onboarded with a home profile: access procedures, preferences, points of contact, and approved vendors.
We conduct scheduled visits aligned to your tier, so your home is checked on a predictable, recurring basis.
After each visit, you receive a brief written report with timestamped photos, so you always know exactly what's happening at home.
